Can they do the job? Find out before day one.

Short skill tests and trainings for construction, electrical and plumbing teams. Built from real situations on site, with numbers that change for every candidate.

No camera checks. Data is stored in the EU. A person decides, never the software.

Pipe falls

A drain pipe 6 m long is laid at a 3 % fall. How much lower is the far end?

Pick an answer.

Every candidate gets the same question with their own numbers, so answers can't be passed around.

What can you use it for?

  • Qualification tests

Send a test link to a candidate or an employee. Get their level by skill, not just a mark.

Is this plumber ready to work alone, or should they start as an assistant?

  • Ready-made trainings

Assign courses from our catalogue to your team. Follow progress, hand out certificates.

Mechanics basics for new site engineers. Safety refreshers before the season.

  • Made for your company

Tell us what your people need to know. We build the lessons and the questions with you.

Onboarding for your installers, or a test for one qualification you hire for often.

What do you get back?

A level for each skill the job needs. You can see that someone is strong on pipe falls but shaky on drawings, and plan their first weeks around it.

Try the three sample candidates: one strong, one with a gap, and one whose fair-play notes need a follow-up talk.

  1. AssistantWorks with someone experienced.
  2. IndependentCan take everyday jobs alone.
  3. SeniorCan lead others and check their work.

Fair play notes

  • Stayed in the test window
  • No pasting
  • Answer times look normal

The level is worked out by fixed rules, not AI. A person at your company makes the decision.

  1. 1

You add a name and an email

Or make one shared link for a hiring day.

  2. 2

    They open the link

No account. They confirm the email with a one-time code.

  3. 3

    They see what's recorded

Who gets the result, what we note, how long it's kept. Then they agree and start.

  4. 4

    You get the result

Level by skill, time taken, fair play notes. You decide.

Who on the team has done what?

Invite people by email, put them in teams, assign trainings with a due date, and see progress at a glance. Export it for your records.

How do you keep it fair?

What we do

  • Change the numbers for every candidate
  • Ask with pictures and drag-and-drop, not just text
  • Time each section
  • Note tab switches, pasting, very fast answers and a link open on two devices
  • Tell candidates all of this before they start

What we don't do

  • Cameras or microphones
  • AI that scores people
  • Automatic pass or fail
  • Ask for CVs
  • Sell or share data

Questions companies ask

Is this an official safety certificate?

No. In Lithuania some safety trainings must come from approved providers, and the employer stays responsible for instructing staff. Our safety courses are refreshers and knowledge checks that support your own instruction.

Who is responsible for the candidates' data?

Your company is the data controller, and we process the data for you under a data processing agreement. Data is stored in the EU and deleted after the period you choose.

Can a candidate just ask a chatbot?

It's much harder than with a text quiz: numbers change for every person, many questions are pictures to read or things to drag, and sections are timed. For important hires, run the test in supervised mode on your own laptop at the interview.

Do you watch candidates with a camera?

No camera, no microphone. We only note simple things: leaving the test window, pasting, and very fast answers. They're shown as context, never as an automatic fail.

Which trades and languages?

We start with plumbing, heating, electrical installation and site work, in Lithuanian and English. The first tests are built together with the first companies.

What does it cost?

Learning stays free for individuals; companies pay for tests and team trainings. We're setting prices with the first companies, and the first pilots are free in exchange for honest feedback.

Be one of the first companies

We're looking for two or three companies to build the first tests with. You bring 20 to 30 real situations from your work; we turn them into a test and try it with people whose level you already know. Free, in exchange for honest feedback.
